Dr. Balling and his staff are wonderful. I was in an emergent situation with an abscess tooth and not able to get into my own dentist office. He and his staff were able to squeeze me in during their lunch time & able to help save my tooth. He was very patient & caring, took the time to explain everything to me. He took 3D images and x-rays of my tooth and deemed it savable!! (After being told there was no chance to save my took from an emergency dental association in Center City Philadelphia who wanted to extract my tooth) I am eternally grateful to Dr. Balling and his staff for their professional expertise and compassion for my situation. Always friendly, Dr. Balling has a great sense of humor and his levity helps keep you relaxed. I tend to get nervous with dental work and his assistant held my hand the last time I had to get a filling. They make dental work pleasant.

I love this practice! Dr. Balling is a gifted dentist and his years of experience are quite evident. The work he’s done has been impeccable, and he and his entire staff are outgoing, friendly, and nonjudgemental. They will greet you by name when you walk in the door and always seem genuinely happy to see you. I grew up in Stratford but moved to Pa and I STILL make the trek over the bridge to come here. It is well worth the gas and toll money. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I had a broken tooth repaired at my old dentist. As I was leaving, he said I may need a root canal because it looks like the nerve is still live. I walk out and the following days I started getting intermittent pain. I called my dentist and was told that I need to make an appointment with an endodontist to have a root canal on the tooth. I called several and was told that the soonest any of them could get me in was next week. By that point the pain was excruciating and I was in tears. My dentist would not see me so I decided to go to Dr. Balling since both my boys go there. His office staff could not have been nicer. They told me to come in right away and Dr. Balling saw me in between his regular patients. He saw that my tooth was infected cleaned it out, put medication in it, gave me antibiotics and something to manage my pain. He was so comforting and his staff was so comforting. I immediately knew that I was switching dentists. Thank you Dr. Balling and the staff at Stratford Dental for your amazing chair side manner and for the help that you gave me going into a long holiday weekend! I will never be able to thank you enough!
