I think it’s because I find so much kindness, friendliness, welcoming. It’s just very kind, pleasant people that you’re working with and that makes a big difference when you’re coming in to have some pain going to be relieved or you know other things that need to be done. I mainly see Dr. Balling of course for all of the major things that I need to have taken care of.
The dental hygienist, I’ve seen a few of them and they’ve all been very careful with everything that they’re doing for me and they want to make sure that you know they’re giving me the best care. The minute you walk through the door you’re going to see smiles and welcome and it just feels that you’re coming into a really nice place, a friendly place. I’ve always had good quality of care here.

Whenever there’s cost involved, he always works with me to make me a good deal that I can’t possibly refuse. And he does excellent work on my teeth here. I mean, it’s fabulous.
And they’re holding up well, you know, years and years and years. And, you know, I do my part. I take care of them too.
They’re always friendly here. They can always accommodate me if I need different appointments. And if I have a long procedure done and I’m having some issues with it, like a little pain or something, Dr. Balling will come in on his day off and take care of me and everything.

Before I had my crowns put on, I really didn’t like to smile. You know, I was always trying to hide it or never like my photos being taken because I didn’t like the way my teeth looked in the picture. They were either too big, too small, or there was a space here and there.
But I do feel like now that the work has been done and is complete, that I do find myself smiling more, laughing more, and caring less about photos that are being taken. I finally made the decision to change my smile when I was actually having difficulties biting into things and I needed like a better bite. Also, I just want to feel better about myself.
Dr. Balling and I reviewed all the different choices that I did have and there were several. We’ve been discussing this for several years and he never pushed me into doing it. I think I first mentioned it about six or seven years ago and then I just always put it on the back burner.
There was always something more important and then finally I asked him again and he just said, you know what, there’s some new things we can try. You have different choices now. And we went through all the options and we finally decided on five caps on the front top teeth.
I like my smile now. I feel like it’s comfortable. I don’t have to worry about, you know, the spaces or, you know, what angle I’m smiling or if I’m smiling too much or not enough and it’s just more natural.

I decided to get Invisalign because I had braces when I was young and I stopped wearing my retainer. Wear your retainer. And my bottom teeth got really crowded and it just bothered me.
Every time I smiled, every time I saw a picture of myself, it bothered me. The feeling is awesome to be here, and I got my smile back.
