We are so pleased with Dr. Balling and his staff. My elderly mom developed an abscess and needed to be seen right away. Jojo and Cathy were so caring and sympathetic, and fit my mom in to be seen the same day I called. Mom needs a wheelchair and Dr. Balling and his hygienist were very considerate of that and accommodating. I was so worried and stressed about my mom’s condition but Dr. Balling was kind, compassionate and has a wonderful bedside manner and sense of humor that brought levity to the situation and put me at ease right away. Mom was very comfortable with the doctor and the hygienist ( wish I had gotten her name!). Everyone is pleasant, professional and so caring at this practice. I was very impressed! I feel very grateful to have found a wonderful dental practice.

Dr. Balling is the best dentist that I’ve ever been to see. His skills are top notch. I’ve never had an issue with any of the work that’s been done. He’s happy to answer any questions you may have. The staff at Stratford Dental Center are kind and caring and compassionate and always make sure that you feel welcomed and cared for in a friendly environment.

The environment is always friendly and they’re very caring. They always make sure handle the work that I always forgot about like when I don’t know who is my dental insurance is and was able to figure it out with the numerous of clients they get just from my job. I love coming and seeing the two receptionists. Its always put a smile on my face. The employee who clean my teeth is always gentle and very informative.

As a new patient I’m always looking for how I am greeted and then how I am treated. I was greeted warmly by the reception team and the appointment was well beyond expectations. X-rays, cleaning and exam all done in a timely fashion but I felt like time was taken to make sure it was thorough. Great office, finally found my new dentist and will not be leaving! So glad I tried this office!

Very good customer service. Emailed me all new patient forms to fill out prior to appt. I didn’t realize this is a full service dental facility, no referrals for more complicated procedures at other orthodontists etc.. they do it all here. Maybe not all, but A LOT. I’m glad I found them!

The best staff the best dentist..from the two sweet lady in front desk up to the ladies that responsible for my teeth they are very good,nice and professional.Dr Balling is very nice too..I always recommended them to my friends..

I have been going to Dr. Balling for over 20 years. I brought my children to him as well. He is a great dentist and has a wonderful, friendly, staff. I highly recommend his services.
